Seacoast Preservation Association is the largest organized oceanfront homeowner group in Southern California.

Our goal, as represented by our title, is to preserve the beautiful California seacoast through responsible living and community involvement.
STOP AB226 (California Coastal Commission Bill)
A recent bill introduced by the California Coastal Commission could allow the commission to fine any homeowner or business within any coastal, watershed or wetland zone for anything they feel violates the coastal act, file a lien on your property and/or take it if necessary.
